In this 3 hour eLearning course, participants will explore the investment company from both a functional and operational perspective. Participants will gain a core understanding of historical legislation that defines the requirements for forming and operating a management investment company and the key players that execute the fundamental operational processes performed by an investment company and it's service providers. In addition, participants will explore the six key business processes impacting the calculation of net asset value, as well as learn about the financial statements required by federal legislation for all registered investment companies.
